I just had another Casino ( CoolCat) deny my withdrawal on a bonus they gave me!!! Can't understand these high reviews. I had a welcome promo code which were indicated in my 'gift box' with the name of the game but the Free spins bonus wasn't there. I got to ask in chat and the agent just told me the promo code wasn't good any more.Just why is it showing as activated free spins...just deceiving...doesn't deserve high reviews.
